Call 647.483.7085
How much does asbestos removal cost in Toronto?

Costs typically range from $1,500 to $10,000+ depending on scope — the amount of material, type of work (Type 1, 2, or 3), and site accessibility. We provide free on-site estimates with no obligation. Call 647.483.7085 to book yours.

Is asbestos removal required by law in Ontario?

Yes. Ontario Regulation 278/05 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act requires all asbestos-containing materials to be identified, assessed, and managed or removed by a licensed contractor before any demolition or renovation work begins.

How long does asbestos removal take?

Most residential projects take 1–3 days. Larger commercial projects or Type 3 work (friable asbestos) may take longer. We give you a firm timeline before any work begins — no open-ended schedules.

What insurance do you carry?

We carry $10 million in commercial general liability insurance and $1 million in pollution liability insurance. This is the standard for certified abatement contractors in Ontario and required by most property managers and insurers.

Can you help with insurance claims for water damage?

We provide full documentation for your claim — moisture reports, moisture mapping, drying logs, and scope-of-work letters. Be aware that some insurers have preferred vendor relationships and may direct you to their own contractors. We're happy to walk you through your options and help you understand what you're entitled to.

Do you serve areas outside Toronto?

Yes. We cover the full GTA: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, and London, Ontario. Call us to confirm coverage for your location.

What makes Green Life different from other restoration companies?

Eco-certified solutions are our default — we only reach for stronger treatments when the job genuinely requires it. We hold $10M liability and $1M pollution coverage. And with 167+ verified 5-star reviews on HomeStars and Google, our track record speaks for itself.
